Stages 7T173 allow manual linear motion. Our standard micrometers 9S75M are used as driving screws. Customer may specify other screws, e.g. with non-matching travel range to save space.A Platform is spring preloaded against the driving screw tp provide high resoliution, low backlash, smooth and accurate motion.

Translation stages 7T175-100 and 7T175-150 use their own integrated driving screws for very precise and long travel translation. The screw has a micrometric scale (on the body and knob). The pith of the screw is 0.5 mm. Custom pitch and gears are available on request. Translation Stages 7T175-100(-150) are preloaded by a collar of our original design on the screw, rendering an increased load capacity, stability, and reduced backlash. Translation stages have a number of M6 and M4 clearance holes on the platforms.

The Beamsplitters/Optics Mount 5BM121 is designed for adjustments of beamsplitters measuring Ø25 mm. Fixing screw with a plastic tip clutches a beamsplitter against stainless steel rests. The aperture has a rest-flange around its edge designed to stop optics inside.

Precision Kinematic Optical Mounts are ideally suitable for precise aligning of various optical elements to desired angular orientation. The tilting element is always true-kinematic-registered. The drive screw pushes the alignment mechanism via hardened steel balls. These mounts provide angular range 9° in both orthogonal axes. The Precision Kinematic Optical Mounts are produced of aluminium and can be anodized in the color according to your request. Without special note from you will be provided with the black anodized Precision Kinematic Optical Mounts.

Low Profile Aluminium Translation Stages 7T167 provide single axis movement. Items are fixed on a platform by M6 tapped holes. The stages have a central Ø50 mm (2 Inch) clear aperture, which remains unobstructed over some 15 mm of travel. You close the aperture with an insert platform - laid against the resting flange. The insert platform provides additional mounting holes, which you can rotate. It is locked by two fixing screws. Angle brackets 2AB167-25, tie the stages 7T167 in X-Y-Z translation system.

Stable Steel Translation Stages 7T67-25 have large mounting surface, great travel range for this relatively small size, low profile and increased stability of precision. Box designed reinforces the stage, redusing flex. Steel, as a material, adds to stability. You Can mount a second driving screw on the other end (to lock the platform in fixed positioning applications). The platform is preloaded by springs.
The stage could be stacked immediately to other units or to their own type (e.g. in X-Y configuration). The stage could be used upside-down. For immediate attachment the base has 2 clearance holes for M6 screws. Similary, the platform has 4 clearance holes for M4 screws. Slip the screws from top or under through the across holes in a platform/base. Micrometers 9S75M-25 comes as standard. The stage has black anodized finish.

Ultra Low Profile Two Axis 7T264-10 and Single Axis 7T164-10 Translation Stages. The height of single axis translation stage is 10.5 mm and two axis translation stage - 20 mm. To match the low height of the stage Thin Micrometers 9S55M-10 with small knob diameter (13 mm) are used as driving screws. Please, see 7T264-10 issue for ultra low profile two-axis translation stage and multi-axis stages. It is possible easily to combine 7T264-10 , 7T164-10 and angle bracket 2AB164 to have 3 axis translation system. Difference between models 7T164-10 and 7T164-10U see in the drawings. Although the system looks very light and thin but together with that it is very reliable and precise.

Basic Translation Stages 7T125 replace the older magnetic stage 7T25. Mounting is mainly the same. 7T125X-10 - for X axis. Two such stages stack in XY axes with greater stability (2 screws M6 are used). 7T125Z-10 - for Z axis. It has less XY mounting provisions than 7T125X. Rather it has extra mounting holes for end items. 2 screws M6 are used for Z stacking. 7T125Z-10 has patterns of mounting holes: M6 on the platform, and M4 on the base. The base has a Ø12 mm clear aperture not obscured over the whole travel range. The platform rolls on ball bearing guides, and is preloaded against the driving screw by springs. Load capacity is up to 3 kg., when mounted vertically. The stages mount directly to their own type, or to other stages, optical tables. The stages are of black finished aluminium.

Ultra Stable Basic Magnetic Linear Stage 7T25 is used when starting the experiment set-up when the load direction of the table is not yet obvious, e.g. when mounting the stage on a rotation stage. To avoid a backlash, springs are not used, rather the stage is preloaded magnetically. Ultra Stable Basic Magnetic Linear Stage 7T25 has a load capcity of up to 3 kg, when mounted vertically. Travel range of the stage is 10 mm with the resoliution of 10 µm. It can be derectly mounted to optical tables or breadboards. The result is a very compact design. A patten of M6 tapped holes is provided on the platform of the linear stage 7T25 for mounting of all STANDA components. This stage has in its base a clear aperture Ø12 mm for vertical mounting of optics just in front of the stage. The platform has an elongated hole, which allows it not to obscure the clear aperture over whole travel range. Material: black finished steel. This ensures a long life and durability.

Stable vertical translation stage of 25 mm travel range which has original design. Maximum load capacity – 20 kg. A polished lead screw has 0.5 mm pitch. It allows to define the height of a platform with 20 µm sensitivity. Arrays of mounting holes M6 and Ø6.5 with 25 mm spacing are identical on the upper and lower plates. Adjustable Height Platform is ideal for use with 7T175-50 or 8MT175-50 Translation Stages when it is necessary to define one or two horizontal coordinates at a certain height. The platform is produced from black anodized aluminium, the lead screw block is produced from stainless steel and bronze.

Vertical Translation Stages 7VT188-20 boasts our unique design. Being very compact, it provides smooth and stable adjustment of height. It has a large travel range, and it supports large loads. While moving the platform stays parallel to the base. The lead screw acts at a varying angle, so the resolution of the stage varies with position. The platform has an array of M6 holes spaced by 25 mm. The base has six M6 and two Ø6.5 holes. Material: black anodized aluminum.

Low Profile Two-Axis Aluminium Translation Stage 7T273-10 provides smooth, precise, X-Y axis movement. The travel of this Stage is 10mm with resolution 10µm. Eight M4 tapped holes are provided in order to mount other components. It can be directly mounted to breadboards and other equipment from Standa by use of mounting holes Ø4.5 mm and M4. The base and the platform are produced from the black anodised aluminium. For Z axis add 2AB164 and 7T164-10.

For your convenience we have rotated by 90° the driving screw for X axis. Now it sits parallel to the other screw (for Y axis). So the stage is controlled from a single side. This helps in optical schemes of great concentration. In other respects. including the specifications the stage is the same as 7T273-10.

A compact 360° rotation platform


Micro Rotation Stage 7R128 is a compact 360° rotation platform. Using a fine screw it’s possible to rotate the platform very precisely. Pitch of the screw is 0.25mm.Vernier can be read to 1°. The stage is produced from black anodized aluminium.Using M2 screws and an angle bracket 2AB128, this compact stage may be attached to other micro stages (like 7T128). Other angle brackets are available in order to attach the stage to other units, for example to 5OM111.

Advantages of Standa Rotation Stage 7R174-11 regarding analogues of other manufacturers is existence of the Ø11 mm aperture in the center of rotation stage while it has very compact dimensions 46x65 mm together with its high precision, there is no need to use extra adapter plate for mounting since there are mounting holes on bottom.

We offer a fine rotary stage with micrometer screw. Fine motion range is 15° with resoliution of 1 arcmin. For coarse adjustment release the fixing screw and turn the platform. The platform has mounting holes M6, M4. It also has an aperture M30x1 with clear aperture of 25 mm. Two retaining rings with 1 inch clear aperture are incliuded. To close the platform's aperture you can thread in an insert platform (included) with a centered clearance hole and M6, M4 holes. The stage can be fastened horizontally and vertically using M6 screws.

2 inch Aperture Rotation Stage 7R170-2 allows full 360° coarse rotation by hand. You may lock coarse adjustment. Then fine adjustment could be done over a range of 10° using the micrometer. Angular position is read on 360° graduated scale on the platform, which is marked every 1°. The stage has a central aperture of Ø50.8 mm. For horizontal fastening three corners of the base have clearance holes for M6 screws.
