Honeycomb Table Tops 1HT provide the base on which precision optical
and laser work is performed. The table tops have a honeycomb core inside.
The table tops meet high requirements for rigidity, flatness, vibration
isolation and damping. We work constantly to improve the design, weight
and cost-effectiveness of the table tops. |
| 1HB - Honeycomb Breadboards | |

Honeycomb Breadboards 1HB provide a particularly effective way to expand
the useful area of an optical table. The mounting surface has tapped
M6 holes on 25 mm centers for permanent mounting of components. These
baseplates use the same sandwich structure as our full size honeycomb
table tops. The standard top skin is made of ferromagnetic steel. Thickness
of the skin is 4-6 mm, depending on the dimensions of the table top.
All Honeycomb Breadboards have in each corner of the bottom side a grid
of nine M6 tapped mounting holes. The Honeycomb Breadboards 1HB can
be mounted at the bottom side of a table or elevated above its surface
using the Silent Rods 2SR32. These Breadboards are not intended as a
substitute for optical tables. Their size-to-thickness ratio produces
relatively low end-to-end rigidity, although their local rigidity over
distances of less than about 30 to 60 cm is excellent. When attached
solidly to a dynamically rigid optical table, performance of resulting
working surface becomes comparable to that of the table itself. |

B readboard 1B82 is an alternative to the honeycomb table tops. It is
particularly useful in small optical setups. 1B82 is a steel plate, of
one size. Finish is black chemically oxidized. The breadboard has grooves
on all 4 sides, so you can quickly mount it using Table Clamps 3TC5. On
the corners there are 4 holes Æ6.5/Æ11 used to mount directly
to tables or to fix at a certain height on Silent Rods 2SR32. |

Pneumatic Vibration Isolation System 1VIS95 is of a single piece design. It has automatic leveling valves and an autonomous air supply Reservoir. All the equipment (leveling valves, hoses) is concealed within the body of the support leg. The design looks clean. Vertical and horizontal vibration isolation is done by pneumatic springs. They have low resonant frequencies thanks to very low spring constants. Resonant frequency of air-springs is almost independent of load mass. Air to the isolators is supplied from a reservoir. Depending on the mass of the table top, the pressure in pneumatic isolators may vary between 0.5 and 1.9kg/cm². The Reservoir may simply be filled with a car pump. The Reservoir should be pumped with air not constantly, but only if required. 3 support legs have an automatic leveling valve each. The fourth leg has no automatic leveling, it is connected to the vibration isolation leveling mechanism of another leg. The working surface may be adjusted to level within a range of 12 mm with precision of ±1mm. This is done by adjustment knobs located on 3 support legs. |

Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Workstation 1VIS95W is a modified version
of model 1VIS95. The system consists of Honeycomb Table Top, Pneumatic
Vibration Isolation System and a guarding Armrest. Workstation has an
automatic leveling valve and an autonomous air supply Reservoir. A Car
pump is available upon request. As you lean on the Armrest, the latter guards the honeycomb table from impacts from your body. This allows you to work with honeycomb table as with conventional table, using microscope and other equipment. The height of the armrest against the table's surface may be regulated within a range of 25 mm. The suggested elevation of table's surface is 750 mm.The working surface may be adjusted to level within a range of 12 mm with precision of ±1mm. This is done by adjustment knobs located on 3 support legs of vibration isolation system. |
| 1TS - Optical Table Supports | |

Optical Table Supports 1TS are primarily designed for the Honeycomb Table Tops 1HT. Table Supports are produced from steel tubes of 100mm and 80mm square section, in decorative black coating. 1TS is composed of two "H" type supports, bound by a cross-beam. Optical Table Supports 1TS ideally suit other types of optical plates and other equipment, as well. This is possible because plates are not fastened they are just laid on top of the supports. |
| 1C - Table Connectors | |

Table Connectors 1C render quick and reliable way to link table tops together. The tables, being linked, usually have M6 tapped mounting holes on their tops. The same holes are used for fastening to 1C. At minimal deflection (see note in 1TS) the rigidity of the linkage is no more than 15µm/m under 100 kg load placed on it. The universal table connectors are made of chemically passivated steel plates decorated with leather substitute. |
| 1LS51, 1LS52 - Laser Shelves | |

Laser shelves 1LS51, 1LS52 are optional breadboards. They save space
when installing a laser and other equipment beneath optical table tops.
A shelf stays mechanically coupled to the table top. The shelves have
a pattern of M6 holes. 1LS51 hangs on joists laid on top of table supports.
The table top rests on these joists, to ensure coupling. Only 500mm
wide supports are suitable. 1LS52 has M6 screws to attach directly to
the bottom of a table top. So it can be used with any table top, with
any support, or vibration isolation. Location of attachment (holes)
can be standard, or specified by a customer. |
| 1PS98 - Protective Screen | |

Protective Screens 1PS98 are specially designed for protection of the optical setups from undesired flashes, glitters and other undesired optical disturbances. The Protective Screens 1PS98-02 and 1PS98-02 are provided with three mounting slots and can be mounted on desired position anywhere on the table. The screens are produced of black finish steel tin-plate. |
| 1IS - Instrument Shelves | |

Instrument Shelves 1IS12 and 1IS72 provide convenient off-the-table mounting and storage for power supplies, controllers, oscilloscopes and other instruments. They are not connected with the table and does not affect vibration isolation. The Instrument Shelves 1IS72 are provided with a second instrument board which can be used to place measuring devices or positioning elements not being used at the moment. The height of shelves can be adjusted easily. The space saving shelf also allows wires and cables to be neatly routed away from critical setups. |
