9SM127M - High-Resoliution Micrometers
	5mm travel Graduated in 2.5µm Mounts on M10 holes High-Resoliution Micrometers 9SM127M allows very fine reading accuracy by combining a large knob and a stainless steel screw with precise pitch of 0.25 mm. You mount the micrometer by the brass collar on an M10x1 thread (M10x0.5 as option). The knob is of white anodized aluminium. Other colors are available on request.

9S35 - Mini Micrometers
	Thin Micrometers 9S35 are adjustment screws of very high-precision. You mount the micrometer on a Ø6 hole. You clutch 9S35 with your own fixing screw.

9S55 - Thin Micrometers
	Thin Micrometers 9S55 are adjustment screws of very high-precision. You mount the micrometer on a Ø8 hole. You clutch 9S55 with your own fixing screw. 9S55M has an extra thread and a fixing nut. You tighten the nut from the opposite side.As an example of use of these screws you could see STANDA two axis translation stage 7T264.

Micrometers 9S75M have M6x0.5 pitch. Positioning sensitivity is up to 1 µm (0.5mm per revoliution). You mount the micrometer by the M10x1 thread (M10x0.5 as option). When the scale of the micrometers is not visible, you bring it into view by revoliuting the collar on which the scale is engraved. The scale is graduated in 0.01 mm increments. The micrometers come in 7 different travel ranges. 9S75M are utilized in our mirror mounts and translation stages. They may also be used in positioners of other manufacturers. As an example you could see STANDA translation stage 7T173-50 with on of these screws.

9S65M - Fine Closed Screw
	Fine Closed Screw 9S65M offers high resoliution and smooth movements. Its travel range is 10 mm.It has Ø16mm knob. The screw is used in most of our mounts. The handle covers the thread over the complete travel range. Resoliution of the screw is 1µm of drive per slightest rotation achievable by human fingers. You mount the screw by its brass collar on a thread of M10x1 (M10x0.5 as option).

9S67 - Compact Fine Screws

Compact Fine Screws 9S67 are low profile, and compact. The provide high resoliution. A special design provides smooth and repeatable action by mating stainless steel screw with a brass collar on a high-precision M6x0.35 thread. The combination of metals provides a superior match for both sticktionless movement and long lifetime. 9S67 has a mounting diameter of Ø8 mm. The 9S67M has a mounting thread M10x1, or M10x0.5 as option.
A compact knob is made from black anodized aluminium or steel. Your fingers can sense minimal rotation of 0.5°-1°. The associated positioning resoliution of the screw would be 1µm/1°.

9S7, 9S7C - Adjustment Screws

Adjustment Screws 9S7C are popular for their low cost, and miniature size, in applications where rough resoliution is enough - about 5 µm. 9S7C consists of a screw M6x0.5 and a collar with a mounting thread of M10x1 (M10x0.5 as option). 9S7 consists only of a black-finished steel screw. It is installed directly, without a collar. 9S7C and 9S7 are ideally suited for optical mounts of series 5OM37, 5OM60, 5RM14, 6LH.

Ultra-Fine Adjustment Screws are compact and provide extremely high resoliution. Special design provides smooth and repeatable action by mating a high precision 0.25 mm pitch stainless steel screw with a high precision brass collar. The screws have either a hardened steelball on the tip or a blunt groung tip. The mounting surface of collars is either plain cylindrical or with a thread. The collars are ideally suitable for all mechanical stages and elements from STANDA or other companies. The handy dimensions of the knobs are optimally chosen to feel rotation as little as 0.5°-1°. This enables to achieve 0.5 µm positioning sensitivity. The knobs are made of hard aluminium and come in various colours: black, white, red, green, yellow, blue, etc. By default the knobs are in black or white colour, 5 mm high (dimension "K"). Weight 0.01 to 0.02 kg.
Knobs may be 5mm (standard), 10 mm or 15 mm high. When ordering, please indicate in the order if you wish to have not standrad 10 mm or 15 mm high knobs. For screws with hexagonal hole (instead of the knob) see item 9SH127.

Ultra-Fine Hex Adjustment Screws 9SH127 are extremely compact and precise. A screw is composed of a 0.25 mm pitch stainless steel screw and a brass collar. One end of the screw has a hexagonal hole for adjustment using a spanner or a Removable Knob 9RK127 (optional). Another end of the screw is either fitted with the hardened steel ball, or made blunt. Brass collars, for plain cylindrical and threaded mounting, can be of 3 types. Weight: 0.01 to 0.02 kg.

Screw of pitch M4 x 0.25 are similar in dimensions. They are: 9SH147, 9SH147M, 9SH147ML, 9SH147MN, and 9SH147MF. A fixing nut is available for screws with threaded collar. It will allow to fix the screw at any depth in walls too thin for the 6 mm collar thread. It will fix a screw so that the locking screw is in desired orientation. When you order our units with these screws,we will make sure to include the fixing nut, in case the unit's wall is thin. In other cases you may order the nut separately. We could supply these screws with any other travel by request. ML, MN, MF models are lockable.

9RK127 - Removable Knob

A hard anodized aluminium knob with optimal dimensions can be easily removed after the screw is adjusted. This will help you prevent inadvertent touching and will save space. The knobs are made of hard aluminium and come in various colours: black, white, red, green, yellow, blue, etc. By default the knobs are in black or white colours, 5 mm high (dimensions "K").
