| Electrolytic
polishing is used to examine materials with homogeneous
structures, both in inspection and research applications.
POLISEC electrolytes are used for laboratory examinations. They can
be used in cells or baths, depending on the material to be polished
oe etched. The polishing or etching operations are generally very short
because the circulation of electrolyte leads to fast stock removal.
Generally, it is necessary to cool these electrolytes in order to avoid
overheating in case of extended use.
